Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original MÙMA WORLD box or any secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
